Peaceful Violence
Ok, this is pissing me off. Every time you see something about a peace protest on the news, you always see violent people slashing tires, breaking windows, fistfighting their way to the front of the procession. Those jackass posers do NOT support peace. Anyone who acts like that at a so-called peace protest does not believe in the nature of it. Hello? PEACE, idiots. Just because you wear a peace sign, and carry a picket sign with "Peace not War" painted on it does not give you permission to be violent dickheads. That makes you just as bad as the people you're protesting. Sit ins are peace protests. Boycotts are peace protests. Not this angry, hot-headed, violent shit. Come ON people. Read your own banners.

Celebrities: They're Just People
"Did you hear about Britney?" "Goodness me, Jessica Simpson is pregnant!" "Tom Cruise is a scientologist!" "Awww, guess who died today..." I can bet you a thousand dollars the name finishing that last one is not going to be so and so's Grandpa. It's going to be a celebrity. So here's the point of this post: celebrity worship...what's the point? We all seem to care so much about what's going on in the celebrity gossip circle that we forget what's going on in our own lives. So what's with that? Pretty depressing if you ask me. Why should we care who's dating who? Who's pregnant? What's she naming her baby? Why should we care about that stuff in celebrities' lives when it happens to people who aren't in the spotlight all the time? My point is what the hell is with us butting into peoples' lives so much. FUCK THE PAPARAZZI! They do not deserve one red cent that they receive. They ruin other peoples' lives with embarrassing pictures that the next day are plastered all over the shit rags we call celebrity magazines. Then again you people who read those things are no better. Get a life! Do something that might, heaven forbid, have some meaning to your life. Seriously? Celebrities are just another person. Sure they might be talented, good looking, and have a high profile job, but that does not mean that you should treat them like gods and spend all your time trying to find out little facts about them. Get over it. You have a life too. So really just stop. Have you ever thought about their side of the story? How do you think they feel about being in the lime light all the time? I know I wouldn't want my new baby's first experience outside of the hospital to be of flashing cameras and yelling reporters. So come on. Give them a break.

Be open!
Wow it's been a long time since my last post eh? Oh well, this one is about being open in relationships. Why don't people REALLY talk anymore? It used to be that being in a relationship meant everything, someone you disclosed... everything to. Where is that magic? Swallowed up in a black abyss that I like to call the friend zone, that's where it is. Now I'm not saying that you shouldn't have friends while in a relationship, one must always have balance, but for hell sakes there are things that are meant to be kept between a man and a woman that love each other. One of those things (in my opinion) complaints that one might have about the other. And here again I'm not saying SOLEY between the two, but in the name of love and relationships, if you complain to friends, confront the person! If you can't tell the person your with about something that you don't like about them, then what can you say for your relationship? "We smile and kiss"? UH UH! If that's what you call a relationship then you are out of your fucking mind. If you can't talk about anything in your relationship, from sex to laundry, then what the hell are you doing? You ain't in a relationship, your in an IMAGE. An IMAGE is a thing where everyone else has a significant other, so you think that you have to as well. If this IS what you're in, get out now. It's not worth your time to do stay in it. Plus, there is another downside to the IMAGE: the friend zone. The person you're with is probably being influenced by his/her friends, and is being prevented by this to take the relationship any further than it already is. If your the person being swallowed by the friend zone, stop, look at yourself and don't be pathetic anymore. If you're the person that's a victim: sorry buddy, you'll probably just have to ride it out.
